Ke'Shun Brown

Athletic linebacker prospect who could likely fit multiple roles in multiple defensive schemes. Adequate size and frame for the linebacker position. Experience lining up as traditional 4-3 outside linebacker in space, as well as standing on the edge in an odd front. Shows encouraging awareness and fluidity relative to position when dropping into coverage. Flashes close-quarters explosiveness. Very sure tackler. Does a good job wrapping up while also providing the big hit. Closes fast in pursuit and can track sideline to sideline. Also dangerous as a blitzer and in backside pursuit. Backs and receivers have their hands full blocking him. Shows good arm extension and disengaging ability in the run game. Inside/middle may be best fit in college, but on the smaller end of the spectrum at that position. Limited frame puts a cap on physical ceiling. Needs to add bulk and strength, but does not have too much space for it. Power 5 linemen may overwhelm him at times and wash him out of the run game. Instinctive, but technically raw as a pass-rusher when playing that role. Just OK production as a senior. Owns the athleticism and instincts to become a quality high-major linebacker and possibly work his way into the second half of the NFL Draft;
