-At Houston 10/2: Averaged 5.1 yards per carry, with 36 yards on seven rushes

-Temple 10/25: Received 11 carries for 22 yards
-Tulsa 11/14: Totaled 17 carries for a team-leading 87 yards and one touchdown
-SMU 11/22: Averaged 5.3 yards per carry on 15 rushes for a total of 80 yards and two scores on the ground

-Coached by Jess Simpson at Buford, which claimed the Georgia AAA state championship in 2012 and lost only six games in the past 10 years
-Lettered three years at Buford as a running back and linebacker
-Buford defeated St. Pius in the 2012 title game, 10-3, with Wilson's 39-yard fourth-down, fourth-quarter touchdown run serving as the difference
-With the title in 2012, Buford won its fourth state championship in five years
