UFAPotentially position-versatile defensive back with a stout build and good size. Can play a big corner, but also owns experience at safety. Nickel is also a possibility depending on personnel. Shows natural coverage instincts that are evident in person and on tape. Flashes good initial burst. Shows enough athleticism in the short area to break on balls, particularly perimeter routes outside the numbers. Willing participant against the run game. Closes fast and shows solid tackling skills relative to projected position. Owns a natural, instinctive feel for making plays. Must improve technical acumen. Raw as a cover man and often relies on natural ability and instincts at this point in his development. Needs to improve backpedal fluidity. Hip flip and turn-and-run ability are key areas to enhance at the next level. Could develop into corner or safety with NFL Draft potential.
