2-3 Round Day 2Stocky and thick upper body makes him look shorter than his 6-2.5 frame. Built like a tank and is very strong but can move in space and is among the most versatile linebackers out West. A natural pass rusher off the edge, can play in space and surprisingly makes a lot of plays in the passing game as well. Might be best suited as an inside ‘backer in college and projects as a downhill, in-the-box banger who can stuff the run and be very good on the blitz as well. Great football instincts and always seems to be in the right place at the right time. Coming off an ACL injury that cut short his entire senior season. so the hope is he won’t bulk up too much, lose some of his athleticism and have to move down to the defensive line. Impact upper tier Power 5 starter and future NFL draft pick.
