Power-5 StarterStocky, wider frame but is muscular and does not carry bad weight. Very technically sound player. Holds ground well at the point of attack, plays with good leverage and stays disciplined on the edge. Does a nice job shedding blocks with his hands. Finds the ball quickly and locates plays. Does not appear to be easily fooled by misdirection. Shows a good closing burst and enough twitch and agility to re-direct and chase down plays. Appears to be above average but not elite as far as straight line speed and explosiveness and can still improve in those areas. Could be a strongside end or also has the body type and skill set to play inside, which he does some of in high school. Regardless, his technique and relentless style of play should make him a college starter.
