Thin-framed signal caller who possesses adequate height. Will need to pack on considerable weight at the next level. Spent his sophomore year at wide receiver as he plays for arguably the top quarterback-producing high school program in the nation. One of the better athletes among quarterbacks in the 2020 cycle with above average long speed and very good quickness and short area explosion. Was highly productive in his junior season - his first as a starter. Flashes creativity and the ability to make plays both from in and outside of structure. An accurate passer from within the pocket. Shows nice touch and ball location on downfield throws. Uses his athleticism to escape the rush and make off-platform throws and pick up big chunks on the ground. Needs to continue developing from a physical standpoint, but is one of the more well-rounded quarterback prospects in the 2020 cycle. Projects as a Power 5 starter with the upside of developing into a NFL draft pick.
